This very successful privately owned property development company require a qualified accountant with at least 3 years experience in a similar role in Spain.
The job description and duties are as follows:
Handling all day to day accounting matters
Obtain and providing relevant accounting information to the FD for management accounts
Document gathering for bank financing
Purchase ledger
Familiar with SAGE software
Good knowledge of IVA/VAT
Dealing with suppliers and payroll
You must be flexible and the pay upmost attention to detail, you will potentially be responsible for running several project at once
Hours of business are 0800- 1800 Mon to Thursday, 0800-1200 Friday
Salary circa €1800 per month
