Financial Controller-Marbella

One of Europe´s largest furniture installation companies now requires a Financial Controller as the company is currently relocating its Finance function to Spain

The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused senior professional who will run a small finance team and liaise with the Directors on a daily basis

The role will include focusing on the co-ordination of the provision of financial information to all levels of the business to aid cost control, decision making and performance management for projects in the geographical markets in which the company operates; Dubai, Morocco, Cape Verde, Portugal and other international locations

This role will suit an ACA or ACCA who has a strong technical profile with over 5 years post qualification experience and having worked in a demanding financially orientated business

The successful candidate will offer the right combination of technical capability, commercial acumen and the ability to communicate effectively to influence decision makers

You should possess the following:-Experience of accounting in to Spanish Accounting Standards

-Strong IT capabilities including Sage, Excel and Microsoft Word,

Ability to prioritise and strong organisational skills

Liaising with the UK office on accounting matters This is a fantastic opportunity with a very attractive salary for the right person
