I need to recruit a telesales manager to run a new & exciting operation - someone who''s extremely hard working, ambitious, driven and has no fear of getting on the phone themselves and showing the team how to do it
Basic plus commission with unlimited earnings in 6 months.
Working Hours – 6.00pm – 3.00am
We want to start off with a team of around 10 telemarketers and build to 30 within 6 months.
We will be the master franchisee for Spain so there will also be an opportunity to get involved with recruiting and training multiple teams later on.
It''s not therefore dependent on the tourist market in Marbella, it''s not seasonal and is not affected by the recession/credit crunch!
