A sales manager capable of running the entire sales operation is required by this recently formed Scandinavian owned business
The business specializes in supplying and installing solar hot water systems, top of the range air-conditioning systems, and heating for swimming pools.
As this is a relatively small business, formed only 6 months ago, the list of tasks you need to undertake will be immense, however the bottom line is that the company is looking for a superb communicator, capable of delivering the highest standards, and excellent after sales service to their clients
You should be of immaculate appearance as you will be visiting clients in their homes or commercial premises
You will be visionary when it comes to marketing ideas, using innovative campaigns to attract more clients
Whilst no technical expertise is required, we feel this role would particularly suit someone who has come from a solution sales background
A proven track record in sales is essential, documented proof of achievements will be required at the interview
You will need to commute to their Marbella premises on a daily basis, should be a car driver and have an extremely high level of Spanish; other European languages will be an advantage
As you will be managing a team of 4 existing staff you must be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills in your previous role.
This role really is a huge challenge for someone who has real passion about their career; the owners of the business shave spent a great deal of time and money to ensure that the company succeeds
This is not a 9-5pm role and will only be suitable for somebody willing to commit 100% to their work; the potential for you to grow and develop the business is fantastic, as will be the rewards.
Our client is prepared to offer a very generous basic salary and commission structure which will very much depend on the candidate; we are not able to be any more precise at this stage.
The office trading hours are from 8.30am to 4.30PM Monday to Friday, but please remember flexibility is needed.
